Stem Slicer for Wakame Seaweed

 

  • • This is a machine designed to finely cut wakame seaweed stems to a fixed length.
    • The stems are cut to a uniform length, resulting in an ideal finish for shiba-zuke pickles and seafood salads.

The raw material is horizontally sliced, then precisely trimmed to a fixed length using a circular blade and a waterwheel-style blade.
The finished cut length is 40 mm, perfectly shaped for use in shiba-zuke and seafood salad applications.
