The blower and water circulation allow for efficient defrosting under running water.

Defrosting Process (Frozen Squid Demonstration Report)

1. Place the frozen materials into the bucket to begin defrosting.


 
2. Once defrosting is complete, the bucket lifts automatically.


 
3. The materials are emptied from the bucket onto the conveyor.
